What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Account Executive at iCloudReady, you will:
  • Crafting comprehensive business plans to achieve set goals and quotas.
  • Navigating through the entire sales cycle, from client acquisition to deal closure.
  • Discovering new sales opportunities via networking and transforming them into lasting partnerships.
  • Articulating the value of our products to prospective clients with conviction and clarity.
  • Ensuring consistent post-sales support to foster customer loyalty.
  • Maintaining continual engagement with your client base to comprehend and cater to their needs.
  • Addressing customer grievances with solutions that uphold our company’s reputation.
  • Negotiating agreements diligently and maintaining meticulous records of sales and pertinent data.

  5. Willingness to lead a high volume of outbound calling and emailing activities every day - while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
  6. Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
It is preferred that you have:
  1. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
  2. Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  3. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  4. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  5. Organizational and time-management skills
  6. A business acumen
  7. Enthusiastic and passionate
  8. BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
