The OKR Dashboard is a powerful piece of our product that enables you to set, track, and visualize Objectives and Key Results across your organization. Whether you're managing a small team or an enterprise, this feature helps align everyone around shared goals.

Key Capabilities

View your OKRs in a clean, intuitive interface. See progress at a glance with visual indicators. Drill down into individual key results and update status in real time. The dashboard integrates with your strategy and CFR (Conversations, Feedback, Recognition) workflows.

Getting Started

To use this dashboard, go to the Dashboards tab in the app, click "New dashboard", and select "OKR Dashboard" from the modal. You can customize which OKRs appear and how they're grouped.

Best Practices

Set 3-5 objectives per quarter. Each objective should have 2-4 key results that are measurable. Update progress weekly during check-ins. Use the dashboard in team meetings to keep everyone aligned.
