Inviting your team and organizing access
Ahmed ElazabStrong access design prevents mistakes, speeds onboarding, and keeps customer data in the right hands. Use this checklist whenever you add a new department or office.
Before you invite
Decide which modules each group needs—CRM, transactions, property management, service desk, marketing, or reporting. Most teams start narrow and expand after go-live.
Sending invitations
From administration settings, invite users by email. They receive a secure link, set a password, and land directly in the correct realm.
Roles and responsibilities
Map roles to job functions: executives see portfolio KPIs, agents work pipelines, coordinators manage work orders, accountants handle billing. Document your matrix so future hires are consistent.
Auditing access
Quarterly, review dormant accounts and elevated roles. Remove leavers promptly and rotate integration credentials when vendors change.
