As a Customer Support Specialist at iCloudReady, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention within our B2B real estate platform. As the primary point of contact for our small and medium business clients, you will provide expert assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently. This position is crucial in facilitating a seamless onboarding experience and providing ongoing support to our customers, ensuring they fully leverage our platform's capabilities.
What you'll be doing?
In your role as a Customer Support Specialist at iCloudReady, you will be integral to nurturing and expanding our customer relationships throughout their lifecycle, including:
- Guiding new customers through the onboarding process, answering questions about our platform's features, pricing, and setup to ensure a smooth start.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding product use and functionality via phone, chat, email, and video conferencing, delivering clear and accurate solutions.
- Resolving customer issues related to account access, billing, and platform usage, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Developing engaging support materials, including videos and written guides, to help customers understand and utilize our platform's features.
- Documenting and reporting software bugs to the product team, providing detailed information and following up with customers post-resolution.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our products and support processes.
- Working closely with internal teams, including product development and sales, to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or support roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with B2B platforms, especially within the real estate industry, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Experience with customer support software and tools.
- Ability to create user-friendly support content, including videos and comprehensive guides.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customer needs.
